A podcast for and by BIPOC folks. Truth Be Told is an advice podcast that gives us new ways to think about our lives, identities, and what it means to exist in our society.
For many BIPOC communities, therapy is still taboo. However, through my own life experiences at PWIs, finding a therapist of color who had similar experiences as I did was extremely helpful and cathartic.
If it is accessible and safe for your situation, I recommend starting your therapist search with Therapy for Black Girls. While targeted at Black women and young women, these therapists serve all people. Check out their podcast below!
